Following on from the success of our UK business, founded in 2009 by Kevin Tyler, Consult Energy Inc was established in 2021 to focus on the rapidly growing US renewables market.

From the outset, there was a clear belief that the same relationship-led approach, sector expertise and standards that underpinned our UK success could be applied to help build something meaningful in the US renewable energy space.

In 2025, Richard Tyler joined the business as COO and Partner, strengthening the leadership team and supporting the continued growth and development of Consult Energy Inc.

Today, we are proud to be one of the leading renewable energy recruitment specialists in the market. Our ethos is centred on delivering the best possible service to both clients and candidates. We have worked hard to build trusted, long-term partnerships and have embedded that same work ethic across our growing team.
